Principal ConsultantThis is a full-time, independent contractor role for a senior comms practitioner with 8-10 years of experience across both agency and startup environments. You will lead and deliver client engagements end-to-end under the ACID brand, with full accountability for the quality of the work, the client relationship, and the outcomes.
remote • part-time
Business Development ConsultantThis is a part-time, commission-only role focused entirely on deal-making and revenue generation. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating high-quality leads, and turning them into signed contracts, with monthly targets to hit. Day-to-day tasks will include prospecting with potential clients, strategic networking, managing your own lead-gen or outreach campaigns, and taking relationships from zero to close without supervision.

Associate PartnerWe are looking for an entrepreneur before anything else. This is a full-time position for a senior comms professional with at least a decade of experience. You will co-lead or fully lead client engagements under the ACID brand, with full accountability for client outcomes, delivery quality, and stakeholder relationships. Day-to-day work will include the full spectrum of strategic communications as well as the management of a business, and no two days will look the same.
