As more insurance processes are automated through AI, Igloo plans to take its Tech Solutions software beyond Asia into the Middle East and North Africa, Insurance Asia reported. Falcon Insurance in Thailand and Gallagher in the Philippines are among the clients already using the platform for distribution, portals and claims. Igloo Co-Founder and CEO Raunak Mehta said it has been “battle-tested and continually enriched by the first-party data from the 110 million monthly transactions we now facilitate”.
