Igloo to expand services in Philippines
Filing an insurance claim in the Philippines often means rounds of back and forth between customers and agents over documents. Igloo Country Manager for the Philippines Ramjit Lahiri told The Philippine Star that claims are the first place Igloo applies AI for customers. Igloo plans to double its roughly 20 distribution partners in the country within two to three years. “There is a big gap in terms of validation of documents,” he said.
