Timah Partners lands S$60 million facility from lenders including UOB, RHB

Timah Partners has secured a S$60 million debt facility from UOB, RHB Bank and Genesis Alternative Ventures to fund a series of SME acquisitions in Singapore, The Business Times reported. The umbrella delayed-drawdown structure sets pre-negotiated terms so Timah can finance multiple deals over time. Founder and CEO Dennis Chua said what founders selling their companies prefer is “clarity, a straightforward and simple process, partners they can trust and are proud to be associated with”.
